Winemaking:
Romano Cunha Old Vines is a red wine, produced from red grape varieties of Tinta Amarela, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz planted in the Tras os Montes wine region. After a long maceration of 14 days, at cold, the wine was fermented in granitic stone Lagares at controlled temperatures. The wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, for 24 months, in contact with fine lees, prior to being bottled without being filtrated.

Grape Varieties:
Tinta Amarela, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz.

Tasting Notes:
Romano Cunha Old Vines is a robust, opulent, elegant and fresh red wine. With aromas of ripe red fruit, it highlights notes of evolution, a hint of leather and liquorice. With balsamic aromas very well integrated into the aromas of the fruit, it reveals a red wine with imposing, full-bodied tannins and polished acidity.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
