Azul Portugal Bairrada is red wine with lovely ripe fruit aromas, a poised structure, notes of vanilla, spices, and plums and cherries hints. It has fine tannins and a wonderful minerality alongside a great acidity.
Winemaking:
Azul Portugal Bairrada is a red wine produced from red grapes of the region of Bairrada as Baga, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. The wine was subjected to a short period of maceration for 5 days, in contact with its skins, prior the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. The wine stayed in French oak barrels for 6 months, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Azul Portugal Bairrada is an elegant red wine loaded with ripe red fruit aromas, a balanced structure, notes of vanilla and spices. It features a great minerality alongside a fantástique acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
