Winemaking:
D. Martinho wine is produced by Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal in the Peninsula of Setubal, Portugal. It is traditionally vinified in that the varieties are vinified separately, in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. The post fermentation maceration is quick to give the wine, in its profile, all fruity aromas. The final lot stacks for 6 to 9 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling. This red wine does not age in wooden barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18ºc. Serve at between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Campolargo Termeão Pássaro Branco is a young red wine, vigorous, and full of aromas of wild red fruits. It is fresh and dominated by floral notes and delicious vanilla notes. It presents young and incisive tannins and extraordinary acidity.
Quinta do Côtto is an intense and elegant red wine from the Douro region, full of aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of dark chocolate, balsamic notes, and with subtle floral fruity backed by an extraordinary minerality.
Beyra Reserva is a virtuous and complex red wine from the Beira Interior region. Of dry and mineral profile, it has abundant aromas of ripe red fruits, a strong presence of notes of cherries and wild berries, wrapped in delicious vanilla and notes of spices alongside firm tannins and great acidity.
Intense purple color. Aromas of great complexity and intensity to the fruits of the forest, pepper, vanilla. Tannins noble, good texture with great balance. Long and silky finish.
Kopke Reserva is a red wine from the Douro Region that has a red garnet colour. It presents ripe wild red fruits flavours with notes of vanilla and spices. In the mouth is dense, with expressive tannins and well dressed with dark fruit aromas. It has a fresh and lingering finish.
Burmester is an intensely aromatic red wine with a firm and juicy core from the Douro region. It has elegant but imposing tannins, intense aromas of well-ripened red fruits, notes of vanilla and dark chocolate along with great acidity.
