Winemaking:
Grapes from manual harvesting are stalked and crushed. With the addition of yeasts the fermentation begins at controlled temperature (28ºC). During this period the maceration is made, by the process of timed reassembly, which lasts the whole fermentation period, about 8 days.

Should be consumed young. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha is a red wine from the Alentejo region of great elegance, fine structure and open aromatic bouquet. It exudes aromas of wild red fruits, with a predominance of aromas of raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, together with mineral notes, balsamic nuances and vigorous and very balanced acidity.
