Infantes is an elegant and aromatic red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It presents a round profile and full of aromas of wild red fruits, with fresh notes of violets and cherry blossom, marked by soft balsamic notes. It has polished, fruity tannins and vibrant acidity.
Winemaking:
Infantes is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, and Touriga Nacional planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, part of the batch wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 9 months, in contact with lees prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Infantes is a red wine of high aromatic quality, being concentrated, medium-bodied and very fruity. It presents garnet red colour, intense notes of wild red fruits, floral notes and balsamic aromas. It is a red wine with round and fruity tannins, succulent and well-designed acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
