Cancellus Signature is a complex and intensely fruity red wine. It presents aromas of ripe black fruits, with prominent flavors of cherry, blackberry, and berry. On the palate, it is intense and long, with round, smooth tannins and good acidity.
Winemaking:
Cancellus Signature is a red wine produced with red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Cancellus Signature is a complex and aromatically expressive red wine. It presents notes of ripe black fruits, with balsamic nuances of exceptional quality, round and expressive tannins, and acidity that harmonises well with the overall wine.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
