Beyra Pinot Noir is an elegant and open bouquet red wine produced in the Beira Interior wine region. It features elegant and succulent tannins, subtle aromas of ripe red fruits like raspberries, currants, and cherries, plus intense mineral notes of moist soil, rock and it ends in a delicious acidity.
Winemaking:
Beyra Pinot Noir is a red wine produced from Pinot Noir red grapes, planted on high altitude soils, from the Beira Interior wine Region. The wine has been submitted to an extended maceration at cold after being fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to extra-fine American oak barrels where it has stayed 12 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Beyra Pinot Noir is an elegant extra-fine red wine of very high quality. From succulent and silky tannins, it features many fragrances of red berries along with delicious notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. It finishes with great mineral nuances and wonderful and lasting freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
