Quinta Nova Referencia Grande Reserva is an intense and structured red wine from the Douro Region. It has a great aromatic intensity, extraordinary balsamic hints, with a minerality wrapped into the ripe fruit aromas such as notes of graffiti and granitic stone. It is a wine of great prominence tannic and of a great freshness.
Winemaking:
Quinta Nova Grande Reserva Classico is a red wine produced from Tinta Roriz of old vines from the Douro Region. After the fermentation, in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature, the wine was subjected to a prolonged maceration of 7 days and stayed for 16 months in French oak barrels, further 6 months in the bottle.
