Paço dos Infantes Chardonnay is a white wine of extreme elegance, aromatic harmony and enormous complexity. It displays tropical fruit aromas, with hints of banana and pineapple, with delicate floral fragrances and delicious citric flavours. It is an unctuous, structured white wine with very fine acidity.
Winemaking:
Paço dos Infantes Chardonnay is a white wine produced with white grapes of Chardonnay planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has transferred to French oak barrels, for 6 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Paço dos Infantes Chardonnay is an intensely aromatic white wine, deeply complex and with a fruity character. It is full-bodied, with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus nuances. Exhibits extraordinary grease and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
