Permitido Rabigato is a Douro white wine, produced from old white vines planted at high altitudes, which give this white wine three important characteristics for a great Douro white wine: precision in the aromas, great minerality and irreverent acidity that it brings to it an extraordinary freshness.
Winemaking:
Permitido Rabigato is a white wine produced exclusively with white grapes of Rabigato planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, at low temperatures, the wine aged in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, where it has been subject to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Permitido Rabigato is a complex, fresh and mineral white wine from the Douro region. It is an exuberant white wine, with great aromatic amplitude, highlighting white rind fruits and delicate lime notes. It is irreverent, young and with a distinct acidity.

Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
