Guarda Rios Signature is an elegant, fruity and fresh white wine from the region of the Alentejo. It features delicate citrus notes, along with scents of orchard fruits with green apple, pear and balsamic notes. It’s a balanced, mineral white wine with smooth acidity.
Winemaking:
Guarda Rios Signature is a white wine produced with the best white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, Viognier, and Sémillon planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used's oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Antão Vaz, Arinto, Viognier, Sémillon.
Tasting Notes:
Guarda Rios Signature is a fresh, aromatic, fruity white wine. It features a gastronomic profile, dominated by citrus notes along with scents to orchard fruits. It displays balsamic notes, in a harmonious ensemble between citrical notes, mineral notes, and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
