Herdade do Sobroso Anas is a very elegant, young white wine with irreverent citric aromas. It presents a very interesting creaminess in the mouth, notes of white peel fruits, and nuance of orange peel. It is a white wine from the Alentejo wine region, mineral, fresh and with very lively acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Sobroso Anas is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Verdelho from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has stayed, for 6 months, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Herdade do Sobroso Anas is a very interesting white wine from the Alentejo region, fresh and citrus with hints of white fruit flavours and an aromatic hint of orange peel. It is an elegant, young white wine with fantastic citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
