Cadão Reserva is a complex and elegant white wine from the Douro wine region, which presents aromas of ripe citrus, delicate floral notes and vibrant acidity. It presents balsamic notes, a lot of complexity, some tropical touch, velvety texture and a final persistence.
Winemaking:
Cadão Reserva is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes from the Douro wine region such as Viozinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, and Códega do Larinho. The musts have macerated for a short period in contact with the skins at low temperatures. After the macerated process, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels where it has subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Viozinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, Códega do Larinho.
Tasting Notes:
Cadão Reserva is a full-bodied, fruity white wine with a great aromatic spectrum. It presents citrus notes, complexity, tropical nuances and vanilla aromas. It is a delicate and elegant white wine, with good structure, a lot of minerality and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
