Vellus Alvarinho is a fresh, full-bodied white wine, with delicate aromas of tropical fruits and intense aromas of citrus fruits. It features flavors of peach, grapefruit, and green apple. It is a mineral white wine, citrus in color, and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Vellus Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the region of Monção with white grapes of Alvarinho. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels, for 8 months, where it has been in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Vellus Alvarinho is a white wine from the viticulture region of Vinhos Verdes that is complex and intensely aromatic. It displays subtle notes of tropical fruits and highlights exuberant notes of ripe citrus. It is a fresh, velvety white wine with stunning citric acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
