Palmelão is a fruity and fresh white wine with citrus aromas and a mineral structure. Medium-bodied, it presents notes of lime and lemon, tropical fruit and passion fruit, and a very well-balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Palmelão is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes such as Verdelho, Arinto, Fernão Pires and Chardonnay. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for in 2 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Palmelão is an elegant, fruity, and fresh white wine. It presents citrus notes enveloped in tropical nuances, aromas of lime, lemon, and passion fruit, along with mineral notes and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
