Monte da Ravasqueira Seleção do Ano is an intense white wine from the Alentejo region, aromatic, with tropical notes and fresh fruit enhancing the aromas of apricots and peach. It features good minerality and a very soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte da Ravasqueira Seleção do Ano is a white wine produced in the region of the Alentejo with white grape varieties such as Viognier, Alvarinho, Semillon and Arinto. After the fermentation process at a controlled temperature, the wine was stayed for 5 months in stainless steel tanks, before being stabilized, decantated, filtrated, and bottled.
