Balluta Chardonnay is a fruity, aromatically complex, and very tropical white wine. It displays a rich bouquet of white-fleshed fruit aromas, exhibiting a perfume of tropical fruits and balsamic notes along with refreshing acidity.
Winemaking:
Balluta Chardonnay is a white wine produced with white grapes of Chardonnay planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring for the last 3 months prior to being bottled.

Balluta Chardonnay is a white wine with complex aromas and a tropical aromatic bouquet with delicate floral notes. It exhibits aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus, and mango and banana, along with extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
