For the production of this white wine from the Dão region, Pedra Cancela Rseserve, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 30 days. The wine staged in French oak barrels for 12 months with regular battonage until bottled.

Herdade das Servas is a white wine from a selected harvest from the region of Alentejo with lots of citric fruit aromas, subtle nuances of tropical juices and a beautiful acidity. It has a firm structure, very elegant body and a very good minerality.
Cortes Reguengo is a full-bodied and complex white wine from the Douro wine region. It presents the aromas of ripe citrus fruits, showing hints of tropical fruits and floral nuances. It is a very aromatic white wine, fresh, with light and delicious balsamic notes and very elegant acidity.
Lua Cheia em Vinhas Velhas Reserva is a white wine from the Douro region with a huge aromatic intensity, dominated by ripe tropical fruits and citrus aromas. It is a wine that features subtle scents of orange blossom backed up into a very open minerality.
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Reserva is a silky and velvety white wine that presents dry notes of dried fruits and ripe citrus fruits, such as orange and tangerine, in its aromatic bouquet. There are also predominant notes of ripe white fruits, floral perfumes, combined notes of wet graphite and sharp acidity.
Quinta de Santiago Sou Alvarinho is a complex white wine, very structured and with great aromatic intensity. It is a predominantly citrus white wine, with notes of wildflowers, lemon leaf, and mineral nuances. It presents velvety texture, citric matrix, and very balanced acidity.
Ervideira Invisivel is a white wine of almost transparent color, that presents notes of white fruits, fragrances of green tea leaves, mint, the bark of lime and salvo. It is a particularly elegant wine with balanced acidity and sublime citrus notes.
