For the production of this white wine from the Dão region, Quinta da Alameda Reserve, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 30 days. The wine staged in French oak barrels for 12 months with regular battonage until bottled.

Rapa Lobos is an extremely fresh and gastronomic wine from the Douro wine region. Of a citrus character, it presents prominent mineral notes, floral nuances and enormous freshness. It is an elegant, vibrant white wine highlighted by delicious aromas of lime, orange peel and lemon.
António Maçanita Alicante Branco Chão dos Eremitas is a monovarietal white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It translates into intensely citrus aromas, with tropical nuances and great minerality, resulting in a complex and silky structure with a large volume in the mouth.
