For the production of this white wine from the Dão region, Quinta da Alameda Reserve, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 30 days. The wine staged in French oak barrels for 12 months with regular battonage until bottled.

Monte da Peceguina is a white wine from the Alentejo region packed with yellow fruit aromas such as apricots, peaches, and lemons, alongside by fragrances of lavender and jasmine. It has a mineral character, a fresh core, a very elegant body and a balanced acidity.

Niepoort VV is a fantastic white wine produced from white grapes from old vines in the Bairrada region. It is an aromatically closed white wine, very pure and clean, with a velvety texture and very present citrus notes. It displays elegant acidity, fantastic minerality and very good gastronomic structure.
Esporão Vinho de Talha Roupeiro is a white wine vinified in ancient clay pots that gave this white wine complex mineral notes, such as earthy and saline notes, together with aromas of orchard fruits, citrus notes, and light tropical nuances. It has a velvety body, a tense and mineral core and an elegant acidity.
Clear appearance, citrus colour. Fresh and citrus aromas. Young, fruity and fresh palate. Very balanced and smooth after-taste.
