Citrus yellow color. Exotic fruit aromas, tropical fragrances and vanilla notes. Good structure in taste, acidity present, well defined fruit and a final full of elegance and freshness.
Winemaking:
For the production of this white wine from the Dão region, Quinta da Alameda Parcelas Encruzado, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 30 days. The wine staged in French oak barrels for 12 months with regular battonage until bottled.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
