Herdade dos Grous Reserva white wine is rich, ripe, full and round in character. It has spice from wood ageing as well as almost-sweet yellow fruits. It has an enthusiastic pineapple acidity that gives an extraordinary balance to this powerful white wine.

Since 1997 the Herdade dos Grous was acquired by the distinguished hotel group Vila Vita Hotels. Herdade dos Grous is an estate of 730 hectares and is a quiet space to relax and enjoy nature. Besides the hotel, the Herdade is gifted with unique characteristics in the heart of the Alentejo. In a succession of beautiful vineyards stands out the production of great wines with numerous national and international awards.
Winemaking:
After manual harvest and the manual selection of the grapes, they were slightly crushed, subjected to a thermal shock and a light press. The wort was transferred to French and Hungarian open casks at 14ºC, for 3 weeks. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak's barrels, for 7 months, where he has maturated in contact with the fine lees. It was subjected to a regular Bâtonnage. Before bottling the wine was stabilized in the cold and filtered.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade dos Grous Reserva White Wine is a rich wine, full of new wood flavours, with cinnamon and other spices. It is impressive, almost too much in its intensity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 °C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Ervideira Invisivel is a white wine of almost transparent color, that presents notes of white fruits, fragrances of green tea leaves, mint, the bark of lime and salvo. It is a particularly elegant wine with balanced acidity and sublime citrus notes.
Verdelho o Original by António Maçanita is a white wine of high quality and exuberance, with a great structure and silky body and a fresh, mineral and saline character. Presents tropical fruit in notes involved in scents of grass and very balanced acidity.
Pó de Poeira is a monovarietal white wine from the Douro region where floral and mineral notes stand out. In the mouth, it has a combination of floral and citrus notes, combined with present acidity and a polished and persistent finish.
Citrus yellow color. Powerful fragrances and great intensity of citrus aromas, tropical, but with a great complexity. Full bodied, fantastic structure and deliciously bitter and dry finish, typical of the Alvarinho variety.
Citrine yellow color. Elegant and mineral aroma. The Alvarinho full of tropical fruits and structure contrasts with the floral Loureiro. This ALLO, is a white wine, elegant, vibrant and precise, with an odd balance due to the aromatic profile, the freshness and the moderately low alcohol content of 11.Cº Vol.
Rascunho Alvarinho By Quinta de Santiago is an elegant, complex, and intensely citrus white wine. It is a velvety, young wine, of great aromatic concentration, highlighting notes of apricot orange peel and touches of lime. It finishes fresh, open, and with fantastic citric acidity.
