Pedra Cancela Seleção do Enólogo is a white wine produced in the Dão region with white grapes of Encruzado, Cerceal, and Malvasia Fina. The wine has fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After stayed 6 months in stainless steel vats the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 2 months, and it was subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being filtrated, decanted, blended and bottled.

Pedra Cancela Seleção do Enólogo is a rich and fragrant and white wine from the region of Dão, dominated by tropical fruit aromas, hints of citric fruit flavours, lots of freshness and a wonderful acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Herdade do Rocim is an elegant and clean white wine which exhibits wonderful citrus aromas, and delicate fragrances of spring flowers, with a velvety texture. It also presents notes of dried fruits, roasted almonds and hazelnuts along with fine acidity.
Giroflé is a fresh, mineral and markedly citrus white wine from the Douro region. It presents aromas of citrus, such as lime and mandarin, tropical nuances of passion fruit and lychees, together with balanced acidity.
Permitido Rabigato is a Douro white wine, produced from old white vines planted at high altitudes, which give this white wine three important characteristics for a great Douro white wine: precision in the aromas, great minerality and irreverent acidity that it brings to it an extraordinary freshness.
Saroto is a tanning white wine, of great complexity that expresses all the aromatic richness of the old vines of this region of Trás-os-Montes. It is a wine with aromas of ripe citrus, such as grapefruit and clementines, with balsamic touches and nuances of tropical fruits. It is a fresh white wine, with a creamy texture and an elegant acidity finish.
Boina is a white wine from the wine region of Trás os Montes with a citrus aroma of lemon and lime and floral fragrances to white flowers. It presents a fresh, very elegant, and balanced flavor, with balanced acidity.
Intense aroma, with notes of complex fruits of lemon, orange and apricot. The palate is very firm, with great complexity and freshness. The aromas of the fruit combine with the aromas of white flowers. Nuts of almonds and walnuts aromas. Its end is vigorous and persistent on the palate.
