Pedra Cancela Seleção do Enólogo is a white wine produced in the Dão region with white grapes of Encruzado, Cerceal, and Malvasia Fina. The wine has fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After stayed 6 months in stainless steel vats the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 2 months, and it was subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being filtrated, decanted, blended and bottled.

Pedra Cancela Seleção do Enólogo is a rich and fragrant and white wine from the region of Dão, dominated by tropical fruit aromas, hints of citric fruit flavours, lots of freshness and a wonderful acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Terrantez do Pico by António Maçanita is an extremely sumptuous and elegant white wine from the Azores wine region. As the Terrantez grape variety is a grape variety with a very low production and a high concentration of sugar and acidity, this wine is a work of art, combining ripe tropical fruit with unparalleled acidity.
Quinta do Gradil Chardonnay is a white wine with a fruity aroma, with a velvety texture and quite elegant, of the region of Lisbon. It has aromas of yellow flesh fruits like white plums, banana and pineapple and nuances to citrus fruits. It is endowed with a fantastic minerality along with an extremely balanced acidity.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita is a white wine produced in Dão featuring several citric fruit aromas such as lime, lemon, and mandarines. It has hints of good wood conferring it some complexity.
