Saroto is a tanning white wine, of great complexity that expresses all the aromatic richness of the old vines of this region of Trás-os-Montes. It is a wine with aromas of ripe citrus, such as grapefruit and clementines, with balsamic touches and nuances of tropical fruits. It is a fresh white wine, with a creamy texture and an elegant acidity finish.
Winemaking:
Saroto is a tanned white wine which was produced from old white vines from the Trás-os-Montes wine region. The grapes after 4 days of maceration were crushed and transferred to used oak barrels where they were fermented. The wine was aged for 7 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Saroto is a complex, structured white wine with rich and intense aromas of ripe citrus. It reports to us for aromas of tangerine and grapefruit, mixed with flavours of peach and passion fruit. It is a very elegant, mineral-tanned white wine that ends with refreshing acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
