Giz Curtimenta is a complex and tense white wine from the wine region of Bairrada. It presents mineral aromas very well expressed by the notes of wet limestone, metallic notes together with floral fragrances, rich and intense aromas of ripe citrus and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Giz Curtimenta is a white wine produced with white grapes of Maria Gomes variety from old vines, planted in the Bairrada wine region. The wine was made by artisanal winemaking in a press, with skin contact throughout the fermentation process and ageing in used barrels for 10 months.

Giz Curtimenta is an extraordinary, complex and mineral white wine that displays floral fragrances, namely orange blossom, and citrus aromas such as orange peel, quince and ripe apricots. It also has balsamic aromas such as beeswax, cinnamon and vanilla and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
