A Laranja Mecânica by António Maçanita is an intense, complex and rich white wine from the Alentejo wine region. Presents maceration notes wrapped in notes of ripe citrus, tropical notes and aromas of evolution. It is an enigmatic white wine, deeply balanced and with a very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
A Laranja Mecânica by António Maçanita is a white wine produced from white grapes of Arinto, Roupeiro, Verdelho, Antão Vaz, Alincante Branco, Trincadeira-das-Pratas, and Fernão Pires planted in the Alentejo wine region. After a long period of maceration, 7 days, the fermentation took place, with the help of indigenous yeasts, in oak vats. Then, the wine has been transferred to French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, for 6 months, and it was subjected to a regular stirring, before being filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
A Laranja Mecânica by António Maçanita is a white wine that exhibits an orange colour, the fruit of the long period of skin maceration and the ageing in barrel. It is a complex white wine, with perfect balance, ripe notes of citrus, tropical fruits and royal jelly. It presents a lot of complexity in its aromatic bouquet and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
