Alento is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Roupeiro in the Alentejo Region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, the wine has stayed in contact with fine lees for 4 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Alento is a strawberry white wine, aromatic and with a soft and expressive texture. It is expressed in soft floral nuances, lime and mint notes, mineral notes and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
