Costa Boal Field Blend is an elegant, fresh white wine with a very open citrus bouquet. It presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, and light tropical and floral notes, such as orange blossom and almond blossom. It is a white Douro wine that presents some salinity, and mineral notes of wet shale and graphite ending with a very soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Costa Boal Field Blend is a white wine produced with white grape varieties of Viosinho, Fernao Pires, Codega de Larinho, and Arinto from the Douro wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 9 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Viosinho, Fernao Pires, Codega de Larinho, Arinto.
Tasting Notes:
Costa Boal Field Blend is a white wine with citrus expressions, with dominant notes of ripe citrus fruits, such as tangerine, orange and lemon. It presents the presence of delicate floral notes, with mineral nuances and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
