Niepoort VV is a fantastic white wine produced from white grapes from old vines in the Bairrada region. It is an aromatically closed white wine, very pure and clean, with a velvety texture and very present citrus notes. It displays elegant acidity, fantastic minerality and very good gastronomic structure.
Winemaking:
Niepoort VV is a white wine produced with white grape varietiesof Maria Gomes and Bical of old vines from the Bairrada wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 36 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to the wine being stabilized, filtrated, and bottled.

Niepoort VV is a fantastic white wine, produced from white grapes from old vines in the Bairrada wine region. It's a wonderful white wine which presents closed and very gastronomic aromatic profile, highlighting aromas of ripe citrus, notes of orange blossom, fresh notes throughout its core and superb acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
