Covela Reserva Avesso is an extraordinary white wine from the Vinho Verde region. It presents a very interesting aromatic complexity, with tropical fruit on the nose, aromas of orchard fruit and balsamic nuances. It presents greedy greasiness, balanced minerality and very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Covela Reserva Avesso is a white wine produced in the wine region of the Vinhos Verdes with white grapes of Avesso. The grapes were subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. The fermentation process has occurred in used French oak vats, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Covela Reserva Avesso is a young, complex and very elegant white wine. Dominated by a very interesting tropical bouquet, it presents aromas of green apple and Rocha pear, delicate floral fragrances, notes of pineapple and passion fruit flavours along with balsamic notes. It is a mineral white wine, dry and with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
