Mocho Galego Signature is a white wine with complex aromas, silky structure and medium aromatic strength. It displays aromas of tropical fruits, citrus notes, and white-skinned fruit such as apple and plum and ends with very elegant acidity.

Mocho Galego Signature is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, Alvarinho, and Viognier planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Mocho Galego Signature is an elegant, fresh white wine with complex aromas. It presents notes of tropical fruit wrapped in citrus aromas and delicate balsamic notes. It is a very balanced, fruity white wine, with delicate aromas of mint and very well-defined and soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Monte De Pinheiros is a fruity, citrusy and fresh white wine. It presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, apricots and peaches mixed with hints of orange peel and delicate floral nuances. It is a balanced and elegant white wine, ending with well-integrated and delicious acidity.
Straw yellow color, with greenish nuances. It is a wine of great aromatic intensity, where aromas of pears, green apples and citrus fruits predominate. In the mouth it is very fresh with mineral nuances. It is a very harmonious, elegant and balanced wine.
Pico Wines Frei Gigante is an exuberant and complex white wine from the wine region of the Azores. It has a yellowish color and aroma of citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Also noteworthy are notes of seaweed, salinity, iodine and a citric acidity accentuated by fragrances to lemon zest.
Herdade da Aldeia de Cima Alyantiju is a white wine that expresses an enormous aromatic and phenolic maturation, exhibiting intense aromas of ripe tropical fruits, citrus fragrances and is complemented with an elegant and velvety aroma of roasted almond along with very balanced acidity.
Monte da Ravasqueira Seleção do Ano is an intense white wine from the Alentejo region, aromatic, with tropical notes and fresh fruit enhancing the aromas of apricots and peach. It features good minerality and a very soft acidity.
Valle de Passos is a white wine that presents a yellow citrine color, aromas of fruits of white pulp and floral notes. In the mouth, it is bulky with a fresh and present acidity.
