Vale do Bomfim is an aromatic and citrusy white wine from the Douro wine region, which highlights aromas of young and fresh citrus fruits, with delicate floral notes and mineral hints. It displays a velvety profile, with notes of melon and lime combined with elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Vale do Bomfim is a white wine produced from native white grapes of Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Moscatel Galego, and Arinto from the Douro wine region. After fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel vats, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Vale do Bomfim is an intensely aromatic, fruity white wine, which displays a fresh and citrus profile. It is a white wine that presents exuberant aromas with aromas of melon and lime, a little tropical profile with well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
