Talha de Argilla is an elegant, aromatic white wine with a very mineral profile. They exalt aromas of tropical fruits, with notes of brioche and apricot with notes of citrus. It is a textured white wine with a velvety structure with very balanced acidity.

Talha de Argilla is a white wine produced in the Alentejo wine region with white grapes from Alvarinho, Verdelho, and Viosinho. After complete destemming, fermentation took place in clay amphoras at controlled temperatures. Then the wine has remained in the same clay amphoras, where it remained in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular agitation for 4 months before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Talha de Argilla is a wine that has a very elegant profile, with hints of beeswax, ripe yellow peel fruits, such as peaches and apricots, along with delicious citrus notes, cinnamon, vanilla, and a very smooth and mineral acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
