Aveleda Manoel Pedro Guedes is a complex, opulent and intensely aromatic green wine from the Vinho Verde region. It presents aromas of tropical fruits, flavours of ripe citrus fruits, such as mandarin and orange peel, floral notes and balsamic nuances. It is a velvety white wine, with a silky texture and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Aveleda Manoel Pedro Guedes is a white wine produced from the green-white varieties of Loureiro and Alvarinho from the best plots of Quinta da Aveleda, in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes. Fermentation took place partially in French oak barrels and partially in stainless steel. The wine aged for 8 months, 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in French oak barrels, half in new wood and the other half in used wood. The batch was then mixed and bottled, and aged for 1 year in bottle.

Aveleda Manoel Pedro Guedes is a green wine with an opulent aromatic bouquet, highlighting delicate floral aromas, ripe citrus fruits and tropical aromas. It is a green wine with a velvety texture, with great aromatic intensity, freshness, and a dry and austere profile. It is a great white wine from the Vinho Verde area that ends with remarkable acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
