Titular Reserva is a fantastic white wine with intensely tropical aromas, which exhibits delicate citrus notes and floral fragrances. It displays a very interesting volume in the mouth, with buttery and balsamic notes along with fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Titular Reserva is a white wine produced with Encruzado and field blend's white grape varieties of old vines from the Dão wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 3 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Titular Reserva is a white wine that displays an open aromatic bouquet, of tropical, citrus and with delicate floral fragrances. It is a velvety white wine, with an intensely pleasant nose, immense mouth volume, balsamic notes and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
