Poças Fora de Série Acrobata is a complex, vigorous, and very complex white wine, from the Douro wine region. It presents balsamic notes along with delicate nuances of tropical fruits, floral fragrances and delicious citrus aromas, caramelized orange peel, apricots and peach. It is a white wine of great exuberance and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Poças Fora de Série Acrobata is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes of Códega, Arinto, and Rabigato from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it has remained in contact with fine lees and subjected to a regular stirring, for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Poças Fora de Série Acrobata is an extraordinarily complex, delicate, elegant and balanced white wine. It presents aromas of evolution in the barrel, with delicious notes of vanilla perfectly in harmony with notes of ripe citrus, floral aromas and notes of tropical fruits. It is an evolved white wine from the Douro, crispy acidity and full of freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
