Muxagat Os Xistos Altos is a white wine produced from white grape varieties from old vines of the Douro wine region The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed and 40% of the musts were transferred to wood casks to fermented and the rest was fermented in cement tanks with controlled temperature for 20 months, where they have stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it has been subjected to regular stirring prior to being blended and bottled.

Muxagat Os Xistos Altos is a wine with a huge aromatic structure with a dry and mineral profile. It presents aromas of citrus fruits and white jackfruit fruits, accompanied by fragrances of white flowers and juniper flowers. Finishes fresh, It is a wine that shows great character, with mineral and smoky aromas along with very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita is a white wine produced in Dão featuring several citric fruit aromas such as lime, lemon, and mandarines. It has hints of good wood conferring it some complexity.
