Pancas Reserva is an aromatic, fresh white wine with a citrusy aromatic profile. It presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, along with aromas of white fruits and tropical fruits. Exhibiting a complex aromatic profile, it also displays notes of dried fruits, delicate floral fragrances, and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Pancas Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Chardonnay, Arinto, and Vital planted in the Lisboa wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, the wine was transferred to oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Pancas Reserva is a fresh, mineral white wine with great aromatic complexity. Named for its ripe citrus aromas, it presents notes of white fruits and tropical fruits along with light balsamic notes, hints of dried fruits, some high-quality wood, and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
