Covela Edição Nacional Avesso is a very fine and elegant white wine from the Vinhos Verdes region, with intense citrus notes and also floral notes. In the mouth, it has a creamy character, a crystalline acidity, and a long finish.
Winemaking:
Covela Edição Nacional Avesso is a white wine produced in the Vinhos Verdes region with white grapes of Avesso. The wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and remained in contact with fine lees for 6 months, where it was subjected to a regular stirring before being bottled.
