For the production of this white wine from the region of Dão, Porta dos Cavaleiros White Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the films. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 15 days. After 4 months of aging in stainless steel vats in contact with fine lees, the wine was bottled.

Pequenos Rebentos Alvarinho is an extraordinary green wine that concentrates cirrhosic aromas, of its skin, the vegetable intensity, balance, and its aromatic intensity. It is a green wine with a greenish color, with an intense aroma of citrus and tropical notes, balanced and full of freshness.
Vinha da Urze is a fresh and mineral white wine, with delicious aromas of peach and apple. In the mouth, it is fresh and fruity, with refreshing acidity and a long and crunchy finish.
Citrus yellow colour. Elegant and complex aromas with mineral notes of stone, a little powder, white pepper, citrus fruits, apricot, jasmine and thyme. In the mouth it is full-bodied, but fresh, with exhilarating acidity.
