Casa da Passarella A Descoberta is an elegant white wine, with predominantly citric aromas, dense structure and clean character of the Dão region. It presents an extraordinary minerality and an acidity very well integrated into its aromatic amplitude.
Winemaking:
Casa da Passarella A Descoberta is a white wine produced in the Dão region with indigenous white grapes of Malvasia Fina, Verdelho, and Encruzado. After a short period of maceration, the wine was fermented at controlled temperatures for 18 days and after that has stayed for 9 months in stainless steel tanks. It was subjected to regular stirring, in contact with fine lees, prior to being decanted, filtered, and bottled.

Malvasia Fina, Verdelho, Encruzado.

Casa da Passarella A Descoberta is an aromatic white wine from the region of the Dão, full of citrus aromas and mineral notes. It presents density, with a solid structure in perfect harmony with its acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
