Quinta do Valdoeiro is a white wine from the region of Bairrada packed with exotic fruit aromas as passion fruit and nuances of fresh pineapple. It has a silky structure with soft mineral hints. It's a fresh wine with a wonderful acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Valdoeiro is a white wine produced with Arinto, Bical and Chardonnay white grapes, from the region of Bairrada. The alcoholic fermentation, occurred at low temperatures, in stainless steel vats and it stayed for 8 months prior to filtration and bottling.
