Quinta Vale da Pedra Reserva is a structured, dry, and minerally white wine. It displays a predominantly citrus aromatic bouquet along with notes of white fruit, such as apple, pear, and peach, punctuated by floral fragrances, light balsamic notes, and very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Vale da Pedra Reserva is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, and Codega do Larinho from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, the wine was trasferred to French oak barrels where it aged, in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months prior to being bottled.

Quinta Vale da Pedra Reserva is an elegant and delicate white wine, fresh and mineral. With a citrusy aromatic profile, it also displays aromas of white stone fruit, floral fragrances, light balsamic notes, and soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
