Grande Rocim Reserva is a white wine with enormous aromatic complexity and mineral character. It is a great white wine with tropical aromas, citrus nuances, balsamic aromas, a fatty and buttery core and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Grande Rocim Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in cement vats and oak vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Grande Rocim Reserva is a round white wine, aromatically complex and markedly mineral. It presents notes of fantastic tropical fruits, citrus notes, delicate floral notes accompanied by balsamic nuances and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
