Anselmo Mendes Beira Interior is an extraordinary white wine, with intense and fresh aromas, and a velvety structure. It is a wine that is characterized by fine aromas, notes of apricots and ripe peaches, almonds and balsamic nuances along with very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Anselmo Mendes Beira Interior is a white wine produced with white grapes of Síria variety of the Beira Interior wine region. After a long stage of maceration and a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels for 8 months, where it was brought into contact with fine lees and subjected to regular stirring before being bottled.

Anselmo Mendes Beira Interior is a white wine with a very fine aroma, with soft notes of ripe yellow peel fruits, such as peaches and apricots and mineral nuances. It is a full-bodied white wine with a velvety structure, with subtle citrus notes and balsamic notes along with a very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
