Quinta do Cardo Reserva is a white wine of great aromatic complexity, with prominent tropical notes and a rich texture. Its unctuousness gives it a rich texture balanced by hints of citrus and delicate floral fragrances, along with balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Cardo Reserva is a white wine produced from Siria organically grown grapes, from old vineyards, over 50 years old. The grapes were destemmed, crushed, and transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks, where they fermented at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine aged on fine lees, with periodic battonage, in oak barrels for 12 months, prior to being bottled.
