Vinha do Carmo is a fresh, fruity white wine with a velvety texture. Exhibiting a bouquet of tropical fruit aromas, it highlights flavours of passion fruit and banana enveloped in aromas of ripe peaches, notes of coconut and vanilla, along with fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha do Carmo is a white wine produced with white grapes of Petit Manseng, Semillon, and Arinto planted in the Lisboa wine region. The fermentation process took place in oak barrels at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Vinha do Carmo is an intense, fresh white wine with highly intense fruity aromas. It displays a bouquet of aromas that highlight tropical fruits and ripe citrus, delicate floral notes enveloped by discreet aromas of coconut and vanilla, alongside a refreshing acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
