Vadio is an extraordinarily elegant white wine, which exhibits citrus and orchard fruit aromas along with mineral notes such as wet granite and iodized notes. It is an engaging white wine that stands out for its creaminess, complexity and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Vadio is a white wine produced with a special selection of grapes from old vineyards of Bical and Cercial's varieties. The Bical variety was fermented in oak barrels, while the Cercial variety was fermented in stainless steel vats, all subjected to regular stirring in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled.

Vadio is an extraordinarily aromatic white wine, with an open and mineral bouquet. It presents intense aromas of orchard fruits, combined with citrus notes and tropical nuances. It displays delicate balsamic, vanilla and smooth wood notes, intertwined in fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
