Esporão Private Selection is a superbly delicate, elegant white wine that displays a fantastic aromatic complexity. It presents citrus aromas with volume, density, and notes of white stone fruit. It is a fresh and mineral white wine from Alentejo with a very well-designed acidity.
Winemaking:
Esporão Private Selection is a white wine produced in the Alentejo region with white grape varieties of Semillon. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Esporão Private Selection is a white wine with enormous aromatic depth, complexity, and a wide and fresh bouquet. It displays citrus notes, aromas of white rind fruits, and a dense and velvety structure. It is a great white wine from the Alentejo wine region, structurally concentrated and dense, with extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
