Fita Preta Signature Series Branco de Talha is a full-bodied, chemical white wine with nuances of earthy notes involved in citrus aromas. It is a white wine of great complexity in its aromas, with mineral notes, very fresh and marked by notes of lime and ripe citrus and lively acidity.
Winemaking:
Fita Preta Signature Series Branco de Talha is a white wine produced with white grapes of Roupeiro, and Antão Vaz of the Alentejo wine region. After the pressing process, the musts have rested for 48 hours to clear. The wine has fermented, at a controlled temperature, in clay hoists. After the fermentation process, the wine has stayed in clay hoists, in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Fita Preta Signature Series Branco de Talha is a white wine with citrus aromas and delicate floral notes, along with chemical and earthy notes, great minerality and tense and sharp acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
