Casa Relvas Chardonnay is a velvety and subtle white wine, which presents a fruity bouquet dominated by aromas of tropical fruits such as banana and passion fruit, as well as notes of young citrus fruits and floral notes. It has good acidity, mineral touches and delicious notes of vanilla.
Winemaking:
Casa Relvas Chardonnay is a white wine produced with white grapes of Chardonnay planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 3 months, prior to being transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Casa Relvas Chardonnay is an elegant white wine, with a fresh and vibrant profile with strong notes of tropical fruits, such as banana and passion fruit, hints of young citrus fruits, such as lime and lemon, and delicate floral fragrances. It has a velvety structure with mineral notes, giving it great aromatic depth and very well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
