Volúpia is a white wine from the Bairrada Wine Region which expresses great aromatic intensity, highlighting notes of tropical fruits, ripe whitebark fruit fragrances and citrus fruit aromas, such as grapefruit and ripe peaches. It is an intense, complex white wine that presents a great balance between its aromatic bouquet and its acidity.
Winemaking:
Volúpia is a white wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Maria Gomes white grape varieties planted in the Bairrada wine Region. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats where it has stayed for 4 months, in contact with fine lees, and where it has been subjected to regular stirring, prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

Volúpia is an intense, fresh, and highly aromatic white wine from the region of Bairrada. It is a white wine that expresses aromas of tropical fruits, ripe citrus, mineral and herbal nuances along with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
